New, powerful
loadings for the .470 NE, .500 NE and .500 Jefferey
On customers demand I have developed the Big Game Loads
listed below. While the goal of the .470 NE load with the
320gr LS bullet was a double purpose Big Game/Plains Game
round with flat trajectory, all 500's were built with
close range elephant and buffalo hunting in mind. The
420gr CFN "Bosvelder" was chosen beause this design
combines maximum energy, high penetration and reliable
course stability with manageable recoil. All loads
are well within CIP maximun pressures. Ammunition is
available on special order through Impala Europe's custom
shop.
